Our Process
You’re part of the process, once we have received your form we will communicate with a TRUSTED refinery mandate/supplier.
We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises.
LOI Issued post procedure & product acceptance: If it's a match, a Letter of Intent (LOI) is sent to the right refinery following directions from Refinery Mandate/Supplier.
Step 1
We start with a short call to understand your preferred refinery region, estimated trial or monthly order volume, and the commodities you're looking for.
Step 2
We take time to look back on what worked, what didn’t, and how we can continue to improve—together.
Step 3
When we deliver, it’s not just a simple process—it’s solutions you can trust from experienced manager/consultants, backed by real care and effort.
Further calls are held to confirm key details before moving into the ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchasing Offer), which is a formal, semi purchase offer issued by a buyer in international commodity trading and SPA (Seller-Purchasing Agreement) stages.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Our role is strictly to serve as a communication partner on behalf of refinery mandates and suppliers. We handle only communication and account management to effectively link buyers with the right source. To protect all communication partners and their information, an NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required. We strictly abide by the regulations set by the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).
-
The process begins when a buyer fills out an inquiry form. We use this information to match you with the appropriate supplier or refinery mandate, which is then followed by an introductory call.
-
Post-call, we will send over detailed information regarding the standard procedures. If the buyer accepts these procedures, the next step is for the buyer to submit a formal Letter of Intent (LOI).
-
Once the LOI is submitted, the refinery mandate or supplier will review it and send over an estimated cost. At this stage, the buyer has the flexibility to say yes or no before proceeding any further.
-
If the buyer agrees to the estimated cost, the process moves to the Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) stage. Proceeding to the ICPO formalizes the intent to purchase based on those estimates.
-
During the ICPO stage, more detailed transaction information is unlocked. This allows both the buyer and the supplier to conduct their required due diligence and background checks safely and transparently.
-
When due diligence is complete and all terms are agreed upon, the official Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be issued. This contract is shared directly from the refinery to the buyer via email.
-
To rigorously protect confidentiality, all meetings between parties are recorded. An e-transcript, via Google Meetings, is generated and sent internally strictly for accurate communication and record-keeping purposes.
